Education

Candidates with degree of MBA (Marketing) and Real Estate background. with will be Prefered (Only Male)

His Major Job responsibilities are as follows:
1. Managing marketing, advertising and promotional activities at a company.
2. Plan Marketing and Branding Objectives
3. Prepares Marketing Strategies for Sale of Residential and Commercial
4. Drive overall Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
5. Lead Sales Team
6. New Project Launch,
7. E-marketing which includes use of online portals extensively as Magicbricks,
Housing, Commonfloor etc. as well as target based Whatsapp bites creation, create and update Facebook Page, Twitter handles actively for optimal reach etc.
8. Create Newspaper advertisement & Hoarding Designs for time to time as per the requirement arises
9. Develop and design Radio Advertisement concepts
10. Explore the potentials of Trade shows & Exhibitions
11. Review Groups Website.
